Review orthomosaic results

Open Workbench, filter to the project, and find the structure using Project, Facility, and File ID. The Model column shows source-model availability, Setup reports whether the required setup is complete, Orthomosaic reports generation state, and Missing identifies prerequisites. These are separate states: an available model or complete setup does not mean a generated orthomosaic is ready.

  1. Confirm the intended project and facility.
  2. Review Setup, Orthomosaic, and Missing before selecting an output.
  3. Use View when offered to open the generated orthomosaic.
  4. Inspect the result before using it in your work or delivering it.

Queued or processing means the output is still being prepared. A failed state needs review of the displayed error or missing requirement. If the source model changes, the setup can need updating. Saving setup and starting generation require an authorized TREKK staff or developer account; contact the project team when those actions are unavailable to you. Include the project, facility, and displayed status in a support request.

Pano Packages

Open Pano Packages from Workbench and filter by Client and Project. The Video column confirms the source, Draft shows the saved node plan and node count, Package shows queue/completion state, and Error contains the latest failure detail. Select Setup Package for the correct facility and file.

  1. In the setup screen, enter or confirm the Facility ID and choose Direction: Ascending or Descending. This direction controls the order in which nodes are arranged.
  2. Use Open Video, Play, Step -, the scrubber, and Step + to find representative positions. Select Add Node at each desired timestamp. Or set an interval and select Seed Nodes to create a regularly spaced starting set.
  3. Use the Nodes list to review the timestamps, edit node labels, jump to a node, or remove an unwanted node. Put the video at the desired opening orientation and select Set Initial View; pan, tilt, field of view, and zoom are applied to every packaged node.
  4. Select Save Draft. Re-open the draft if you need to verify its node list or initial view. Select Create Pano only when the draft is ready; it saves the draft and queues the package.
  5. Return to the list and wait for a ready/succeeded package state. Select Open Pano only after a viewer output is ready. Use Download Desktop Package for the desktop handoff or Download Rendered Package when that distinct output is ready.

The desktop package and the rendered viewer package are separate artifacts. A queued, processing, or failed status is not a deliverable. If a job fails, use the Error text to correct the video or draft inputs and retry only when the screen makes the package action available again.
