My Account brings your personal profile, workspace memberships, and email-notification preferences together. Open it from the portal header or the Account section of the sidebar. Changes to your profile do not automatically change the projects or features you can access.

Review account information

Account Information shows your email, username, name, account type, status, joined date, and saved MACP identity defaults. Confirm the email before asking a Manager to send an invitation or change access. A pending email change can also be shown beside the current address.

If the identity is not the account you intended to use, sign out and return with the correct TREKK360 or Microsoft account. Do not change another account's email as a substitute for switching identities.

Edit your profile and MACP defaults

  1. Choose Edit Profile.
  2. Review Username, First Name, and Last Name.
  3. Under MACP Defaults, enter your NASSCO Certificate Number and MACP Surveyed By Name if applicable to your work.
  4. Choose Save Changes.
  5. Return to My Account and verify the displayed values. Correct any field-validation message before resubmitting.

The username field supports up to 150 characters and displays its allowed-character guidance. MACP defaults are personal settings; review the actual inspection values when preparing a survey rather than assuming a profile change updates existing inspection records.

Request and verify an email change

  1. Choose Change Email from Edit Profile or the email edit control in My Account.
  2. Check Current Email Address.
  3. Enter New Email Address and your Current Password.
  4. Choose Send Verification Email.
  5. Open the message in the new inbox and follow the verification link.
  6. Confirm that My Account now displays the new email.

The address changes only after verification. A request expires after 24 hours. Sending another valid request replaces the earlier pending request, so use the latest message. If the address is already used by another account, the change cannot complete.

The form requires a current local password. For a Microsoft-only account, contact Support for the appropriate identity change instead of assuming a Microsoft password can be entered into this form.

Cancel an unwanted pending change

If Pending Email Change and Cancel Pending Change are displayed on the Change Email page, choose Cancel Pending Change to withdraw the request. The ordinary Cancel navigation link only returns to My Account; it is not the pending-change action.

If My Account shows a pending change but the cancellation control is absent, do not verify the unwanted address. Contact Support with your account email and the visible message. Do not send the verification link or password. Your current address remains in place until a valid change is verified.

Manage workspace memberships

Workspace Memberships lists your workspaces, roles, default selection, and available actions. Choose Set Default for the workspace you normally use. Use Join Workspace with a valid workspace code to join another workspace; ask a Manager to assign any additional projects you need.

Leave deactivates your membership, and a non-superuser cannot leave their only active membership. It does not remove project memberships. Ask a Manager to use Remove User when your access to the workspace should be revoked completely.

Choose notification workspaces

Under Processing Failure Notifications or Upload Notifications, choose Manage Notification Workspaces. Search by workspace name, select the intended workspaces, and choose Save Workspaces. Select All and Select None affect the entire listed set, including workspaces hidden by the search filter. Check the selection count before saving.

Each category has its own preferences. A notification subscription does not grant project access. See Notification Preferences, Permissions, and Account FAQ.
