Use TREKK360 Viewers to review outputs and request the package you need. When your account includes Downloads, you can follow package preparation and retrieve completed files there.
A source upload, a processed output, and a generated ZIP are separate items. Choose the deliverable you need before starting a download so that the package contains the intended results.

Check access and readiness
Download access depends on your role, workspace, and any share restrictions. Trial access does not include viewer exports. A shared viewer may allow review while withholding package downloads.
Wait for preparation to complete, then use the current Download action. Download links can expire, so return to the portal rather than relying on an old copied link. Confirm that the browser has saved the final file before considering the delivery complete.
