The Support area is the place to report a problem, ask a question, or request a feature. Open Support from the portal navigation. The main page shows the ticket form and a Your Tickets list so you can return to a recent request without searching for an email.

Use one ticket for one issue or question. A clear, focused ticket lets the team identify the right project, reproduce the issue, and keep the conversation easy to follow. If you have several unrelated issues, open separate tickets.

What happens after you submit

  1. The portal opens the ticket detail page after a successful submission.
  2. The ticket receives an ID, status, type, priority, and timestamps.
  3. Use the conversation on that page to add information or answer a question from support.
  4. Return to the ticket later from Your Tickets. The list shows the most recently updated tickets and their current status.

Status updates are managed by the support team. A status of Waiting on User means the next useful step is usually a reply from you. Resolved, Closed, and Won't Fix are final or near-final outcomes; add a reply if you believe more information changes the outcome.

Access and visibility

You must be signed in to use Support. You can view and reply to your own tickets. Workspace and distributor-trial collaboration can make a ticket available to an authorized manager for that exact trial, but it does not grant access to unrelated tickets or workspaces. Internal notes are never shown to regular requesters.

If Support is unavailable after sign-in, refresh the portal and confirm that your account is active. If the problem is access to a project or workspace, open an Access Issue ticket and include the workspace and project name in the details.
