Use an invitation when a known person needs access to a workspace and selected projects. Use codes only after confirming their scope and default role. If you already have an account, ask a Manager to update that account instead of registering another identity.
Send a named invitation
- As an authorized Workspace Manager, select the destination Workspace.
- Open Workspace Admin > Access & Users and choose Invite User.
- Enter the recipient's Email exactly.
- Choose User Level. Viewer is for external review; User supports permitted project work. Manager grants broad workspace access.
- Select the required Projects for User or Viewer. The selection does not limit Manager access.
- Choose Send Invite and read the result.
The project invitation list includes active projects and projects whose viewers remain enabled. An active project's own Manage dialog can also send a single-project invitation. The workspace invitation form is useful for multiple projects or historical viewer-enabled content.
Accept the invitation
If you already have an active account at the invited email, the selected access is applied immediately. Open TREKK360, sign in with that account, and select the workspace. You may receive an email confirming the access rather than needing to create a new password.
For a new or inactive account, open the invitation email and complete the account-activation and password steps presented. Use the invited identity. Ordinary access invitations expire after 14 days and are intended for the recipient named in the invitation. A used, expired, invalid, or mismatched invitation cannot be accepted again.
After signing in, check the workspace and explicitly select the project in Viewers or Upload Files. Verify the intended task: opening a deliverable requires different permissions from uploading new source data.
Register with an access code
New users can select Sign up with a Project Code from the sign-in page. The form's Workspace Code field accepts a valid workspace code or project access code. Complete registration, verify your email, set your password, and sign in.
A workspace code establishes workspace membership. User and Viewer access may still need individual project assignments. A project code associates the account with its project, but a Manager default can create broad Manager membership in the workspace for a new user. A code should therefore be shared with both its intended purpose and role clearly understood.
Signed-in My Account > Join Workspace accepts workspace codes. For another project's access, ask a Manager to assign the project to your existing account. Changing, regenerating, or revoking a code affects future code use; current memberships need separate review.
Request access you are missing
Contact your Workspace Manager with the email you use to sign in, the workspace, project number and name, and the task you need to perform. State whether you need to review deliverables, upload source files, or manage users. Include the exact message and a screenshot of the relevant control if helpful.
There is no need to guess a higher role. The Manager can review the narrowest appropriate assignment and feature settings. If you can reach Support, open a support ticket for a persistent sign-in or permission problem. Do not include passwords, access codes, or invitation links in public screenshots.
Resolve invitation problems
- No email: confirm the recipient address and junk folder. The Manager should verify that Invite User was used; Add User sends no invitation.
- Expired or invalid link: ask for a new invitation after confirming the intended account and access.
- Wrong Microsoft identity: return to the correct invited account before checking workspace access.
- Workspace visible, project absent: ask the Manager to review project selections and role.
- Wrong recipient or role: review membership immediately; replacing a code alone does not revoke access already granted.
