MACP Workbench is available only for a client with both Workbench and MACP enabled. It is the project queue for MACP records, evidence, and viewer-linked observations. Filter by Client and Project, then use the table to identify the correct Facility and File ID. The Media column shows whether the row has Video, Model, or Video + Model. The MACP badge shows Not started, Started, Draft, In progress, or Complete; the records column separates pipe, component, and defect counts, and Evidence shows linked supporting items.

Select Open MACP to work in the inspection workspace for a file. Select Open Viewer when you need to inspect the source video or model and add viewer-linked evidence. Return to the queue to confirm the record and evidence counts updated as expected.

Export a MACP database

  1. Set both the Client and Project filters, then select Export MACP Database.
  2. Enter a clear Database Name. Review the Viewer Sessions list and select the sessions that belong in the delivery. Select All is available when the entire filtered list is intended.
  3. Select Validate Export. Validation checks the selected sessions before a job is queued.
  4. Read every listed warning. If validation completes without warnings, select Export. If warnings remain, correct the affected MACP data whenever possible. Use Export With Warnings only when the known warnings are acceptable for the agreed delivery.
  5. The export runs in the background. Continue working if needed while status progresses. When it reports ready, select Download Export.

Validation and completion are different stages. A validated export has not yet produced a downloadable database, and a queued export is not a delivery until it reports ready. If the modal says to select a project or finds no exportable sessions, return to the filters and confirm the scope and session eligibility. If the job fails, preserve the reported error and correct the data or scope before re-creating the export.
