Dashboard gives an overview of work in the selected workspace. Use it to see what has arrived, what is processing, which projects have usable outputs, and what needs attention. Dashboard must be enabled for your account and workspace; external Viewer accounts do not receive Dashboard access.

Set the dashboard scope

  1. Choose the correct Workspace in the portal header.
  2. Open Dashboard and its Project Overview area.
  3. Select a Time Range: Last 24h, one of the available day ranges, or All Time.
  4. Choose a Project or leave All projects selected.
  5. Enable Errors only when you want to focus on issues.
  6. Choose Apply and read the scope message above the overview. Choose Reset to clear the current dashboard filters.

Separate recent activity from current state

Metrics and recent activity reflect the selected time range. Project status and available outputs show current state. A project can therefore have a completed model available even when it received no uploads during the last seven days. Reducing the time range does not remove that model from the project's current outputs.

Use the time range to answer questions such as “What arrived recently?” Use the project cards and Available Outputs to answer “What can I review now?” Check the displayed scope before comparing counts from another page, another workspace, or a different period.

Read Current project status and Active Projects

The overview summarizes files received, work in progress, waiting work, completed work, issues, uploaded data, and download packages. Each project card adds its status, progress summary, recent update, ready outputs, and next useful action.

  • No recent updates or no files: confirm the project and time range before concluding that an upload is missing.
  • In progress: processing is underway; an output may still be unavailable.
  • Waiting on dependency: a later task needs an earlier step to finish. Waiting is not the same as an error.
  • Completed or outputs ready: inspect the outputs shown and open the relevant viewer.
  • Issues: review the affected filename and visible error before contacting Support.
  • Cancelled: cancelled work is shown separately where applicable. Do not count it as a completed deliverable.

If only part of a large project list is shown, use View All Active Projects when available. Historical viewer-enabled projects can remain accessible through Viewers even when they are absent from active-project lists.

Open the next useful result

Project cards may offer View Details, View Outputs, Download Packages, Open Viewer, Open Project, Upload Files, or Contact Support. The actions depend on the project's state and your access. Follow the label that matches your task, then confirm the project context on the destination page.

Available Outputs identifies current completed outputs, including video, 3D models, and object files where available. One available output does not mean every requested output is ready. Open the facility in Viewers to inspect its Status and Outputs together.

Investigate attention items and downloads

Needs Attention highlights affected work and available recovery or support links. Preserve the exact status or error, project, filename or facility, and approximate time when reporting a problem. Processing controls and Pipeline Diagnostics are staff tools; customer users should use Support for recovery that requires those controls.

Recent Activity helps relate an upload or processing event to the selected period. Recent Download Packages helps locate prepared downloads. A package may still be preparing, may have failed, or may have expired. A download count alone does not establish that a usable package is ready.

When the overview looks incomplete

Choose the correct workspace, broaden the time range, clear Errors only, and reset the project filter. If the page says Some dashboard data could not be loaded, treat the visible overview as partial and refresh once. Report a persistent warning through Support. Continue with Processing Statuses, Viewer Overview, or Deliverables.
